And speaking of Ayanami-sama again - you're right, it is something he's wanted for a long time. Since he was fourteen. So I'm glad he's finally getting it soon, and thanks again for helping him do it.

I wonder, maybe! Can he see without eyes? Can Kor see? I haven't thought about it, what do you think?

I have no idea, Konatsu has his charms so he probably has a lot of fans besides the annoying one. But he's my begleiter so the Oaks can't have him~

And I'll do anything for Aya-tan, it's nothing you need to thank me for.

I know -- no, that's not it. [After all, Krowell-sama pointed out years ago 'when you say I know, you mean it intellectually but not with your soul. So I prefer 'I believe' if it's from you.] I suppose I believe you - only you, when it comes to protecting him, though I almost believe other Black Hawks, maaaybe.

Hyuuga-kun, you know full well and well that I'm but a human, and even my Prince had been one, before coronation. And so, I do not always put whole trust in Warsphiles, if they're not as obvious as you.

[ He grins and shrugs. ] That's fine. And I know.

It's good that you know. And well, you're not offended, at least. Sometimes I offend people without trying. But I think I understood why, when my Prince had explained it to me once, long, long ago.

So now I avoid offending important people.

Eh, it's fine, I'm great at offending people, and I know how to not get offended in turn. Offending important people happens. Sometimes on purpose. [ Because he's a very mature person. ]

How careless. What if you get executed? Ayanami-sama wouldn't like that.

[Hyuuga, in his youth, back then, miiiight have noticed that Yukikaze just miiiight have a slight phobia when it comes to executions. Not to death - not at all, at least visibly - but in particular to executions. That just might have been a thing.]

Since I thought cutting people's trousers could be detrimental to one's health if those trousers were too high in hierarchy.

And don't tell me you only did do so during the our second year in academy, I won't believe you.

I'd be contradicted by any Hawk if I said I didn't so I think I should refrain from a lie like that. [ whistles innocently ]

Konatsu is the most likely to call my bullshit, actually. It's a totally un-cute trait of his.

[ His begleiter is a harsh boy. In particular towards Hyuuga. ]

[lightly] It's unprofessional and unbecoming to complain like this, when your dear Konatsu seems to make sure that your reputation doesn't become completely ruined, somehow.

He's doing a great job too. The fact that a lot of people are scared of my helps too though. [ does it tho ]

[No protesting that 'dear'? Okay, officially... metaphorically 'blood brothers'... in Yukikaze's mind now. Hyuuga and his fresh new first Begleiter, that is. Congratulations, Hyuuga-kun, good for you. And such a dilligent bride, too! Hopefully Hyuuga-kun gets less lazy now.]

Well, I am glad to hear that. Black Hawks need such enthusiasm.

[ Well, Konatsu is his dear Konatsu when he's not being a pain in the ass. Then he's demon Konatsu. (And there's no way. No way. ]

Yeah, it does! We have some really enthusiastic people around, too!

And so, excepting you, how many of them are still the ones I know? It'd be slightly depressing to hear that they all died, but naturally, I'd curious about new people, too. You've mentioned your young one already, who else is new?

[ For a few moments he thinks. Let's say he's counting the members, deciding who's important to mention. In actuality, he's trying to decide how to treat Katsuragi-san. As dead? The real Katsuragi-san was dead, so he might as well.

There's Aya-tan, there's me, and there's Konatsu, Kuro-tan, Haruse, Yukinami and Suzunami, and unfortunately the Oak kid.

I see. Yukinami and Suzunami must be those twins you've mentioned. And you've already talked about Konatsu, so now, maybe... hmmm, maybe I shouldn't torture you with questions about some Oak, you've already said enough.

So, what about Haruse? Who is he?

The less is said about the Oak kid the better. [ Poor guy is so unpopular. ]

Haruse is Kuro-tan's begleiter, he's sort of naive and he's from a human family of bakers and the two of them experiment a lot. [ The look that makes its way up on Hyuuga's face is telling; it's obvious that the one that has to try those experiments is Hyuuga. ]

Hm, if Haruse is a baker, shouldn't such experiments be fairly tasty? Though I can't say I didn't know bakers that weren't lacking in the skill. But if they were truly lacking, they soon found themselves fired, I must admit that much, at least. Unless they were someone's nephew or other relatives, naturally.

[What's characteristic and something that surely Hyuuga may have picked up on after knowing Yukikaze for some time, is that discounting Ayanami-sama, almost everybody whom Yukikaze mentions ever knowing before the military Academy are some sorts of servants.]

[He shakes his head and sighs. ]

Haruse is really good at it, it’s when you combine his skills with Kuro-tan’s that I think I’m gonna get poisoned.

[ And nobody tries to stop Kuro-tan from ordering Hyuuga to eat whatever they’ve come up with. ]
